GIFT CARD POLICY
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your use of the CapeAble® Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
The CapeAble® Gift Card ("Gift Card") can be used only on CapeAble.com or the CapeAble Weighted Products & Showroom location at 6411 Highview Drive, Fort Wayne, Indiana. A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be used at Jockey retail stores or on Jockey.com. Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable for cash except in states where required by law. Resale or barter of Gift Cards is strictly prohibited. CapeAbles by Jockey LLC and Jockey International, Inc. are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
Gift Cards are delivered by email. Gift Card codes and instructions on how to redeem Gift Card on CapeAble.com will be emailed to the email address provided at time of Gift Card purchase. A physical Gift Card will not be issued and/or available for purchase.
Up to 5 gift cards may be used per online order. All online Gift Card redemptions will require the card number to be entered at checkout - a PIN is not required. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card(s) will require another form of payment. Acceptable payment types include: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, ShopPay PayPal, Venmo or MetaPay. After completing your purchase, any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card account for future purchases. CapeAble reserves the right to hold any order for a security review.
The Gift Card must be presented to the CapeAble showroom associate at the time of purchase. Previous transaction receipts will not be deemed valid for Gift Card redemption. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card will require an additional form of payment to complete the transaction. Acceptable payment types include: cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, ShopPay PayPal, Venmo or MetaPay. After completing your purchase, any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card account for future purchases.

HOW DO I CHECK MY CAPEABLE® GIFT CARD BALANCE?
To obtain your Gift Card balance visit the CapeAble.com, call 260.494.7460 or email CARE@CapeAble.com. You will be asked to provide the card number. Card balances reflect the most recent balance available on your card.
CAN I REPLACE A LOST GIFT CARD CODE?
So long as your card number and balance can be verified, CapeAble would be pleased to cancel the lost card and replace it with a new one. This can be done by calling 260.494.7460 or emailing CARE@CapeAble.com. You may be requested to provide the full name and/or email address associated with the purchase of the lost card to verify card number and balance. The Gift Card must be verified for replacement.
DO I NEED THE PIN THE USE MY CAPEABLE® GIFT CARD?
A PIN is not required to redeem your gift card.
DO DORMANCY FEES APPLY TO CAPEABLE® GIFT CARDS?
Dormancy fees do not apply to balances on Gift Cards.
WILL MY CAPEABLE® GIFT CARD EXPIRE?
CapeAble® Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.
